Question: I want to work with my bare concrete floor…What can I do?
Hello everybody. Recently pulled up all of the nasty carpeting in my condo. I have been debating over what to do with the bare concrete floor. Read about the positives of keeping a concrete floor (less allergies, no mold, helps with cooler temps in the summer, etc.) What DIY options are there that would make my concrete floor look presentable, yet not break the bank at the same time?

“pergo” wood floors (the big box DIY stores have lower-priced brands, and often a regular floor-covering store will have a good sale). It’s not an easy proejct but it can really come out nice.

Question: I’ve got dark hair and want to go red. Lik a cherry red, what do you recommend? it’s a diy job by the way.?
I have dark hair, kind of black but not so black, it’s dark brown really. And i’ve always dyed my hair like a plumb colour. but this time i want to go a cherry red and want it to be a diy job and not cost more than £5 to be honest. From boots or superdrugs, that would really help thanks.

I recommend that you do not “DIY”.

It is not that simple,otherwise “colourists” would not need to be trained.

Question: If women want equality, why don’t they fix the car or the roof next time?
Women are no longer expected to do all the housework, but men are still the ones who are expected to do all the DIY work and anything that involves getting their hands dirty. So if men can pick up a cookbook what’s wrong with a woman picking up a DIY manual?

Question: I want to change a Ford Transit 190 LWB (Ereg) low roof into a hi top. Can anyone tell me how/ who can do it?
I have an old but very sound transit converted to a camper van but it doesn’t have a high top roof. I am able to get the hi top but am struggling to find someone who knows how to fit it. Is it possible DIY or is there someone out there experienced in doing these conversions on old vans?

As i would involve altering the body then u need to make sure the strength of the body is not affected.
Unless u know what ur doing then would surgest u consult a bodyshop.
